Start with the exact model
Shopify’s supported printer documentation lists five label printer models with their supported systems and a connection description. Our advisor filters that list; it does not infer support for a different model or a similar-sounding variant.
- DYMO LabelWriter 5XL (2112554): USB; Windows and Mac.
- Brother QL Label Printer (QL-1110NWB): wireless; Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
- Zebra Label Printer (ZD220): USB; Windows and Mac.
- Zebra Label Printer (ZD421): wireless; Windows and Mac.
- Rollo Label Printer (X1038): USB; Android, iOS and POS Go in Shopify’s table.
What the list cannot tell you
A listed operating system and connection do not confirm every driver, cable, device version, network, label stock or workflow. Shopify’s table does not list Windows or Mac for the Rollo X1038; that is not a claim that those systems cannot work. Verify the current requirements for the exact model with Shopify and its manufacturer.
Shopify also supports standard desktop printers for labels purchased through Shopify. Choose 8.5 × 11 inch paper.
